Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Handle customer queries through chat, email, or calls with efficiency and empathy.
* Support customer onboarding to ensure seamless adoption of the platform.
* Build trusted relationships with users by understanding their workflows and providing proactive support.
* Collaborate with product, tech, and implementation teams to communicate customer insights and suggestions.
* Develop and maintain help resources such as FAQs, support guides, and best practices.
* Monitor usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improved engagement and experience.
* Gain exposure to SaaS, agri-tech systems, and cross-functional business processes.
About You

* Recent graduate; prior work experience or internships in customer support, operations, or client-facing roles is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
* Salary range: $50,000 – $75,000 per year.
