Join AgriChain as a Graduate in Customer Support, assisting users with platform navigation and gaining experience in a global agri-tech SaaS environment.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

* Handle customer queries through chat, email, or calls with efficiency and empathy.
* Support customer onboarding to ensure seamless adoption of the platform.
* Build trusted relationships with users by understanding their workflows and providing proactive support.
* Collaborate with product, tech, and implementation teams to communicate customer insights and suggestions.
* Develop and maintain help resources such as FAQs, support guides, and best practices.
* Monitor usage and feedback to identify opportunities for improved engagement and experience.
* Gain exposure to SaaS, agri-tech systems, and cross-functional business processes.
About You

The company is looking for:

* Recent graduate; prior work experience or internships in customer support, operations, or client-facing roles is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers resolve challenges.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Collaborative and curious, eager to understand different parts of the business.
* Interest and background in agriculture, science, or supply chains.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary range: $50,000 – $75,000 per year.
