Finance Manager - Multiple Opportunities

ASIC is looking for experienced Finance Managers to lead teams in the Enterprise Services Group, which includes Finance, Procurement, Property and Contracts, Performance Reporting and Planning, and the ERP Program.
The Roles
Manager, Regulatory Debt Management
This role involves managing a team that oversees debt management of regulatory revenue, ensuring compliance with ASIC policies and government guidance. You will provide expertise on debt management legislation and oversee Administered Debt Management processes and stakeholder relationships.
You will develop team capabilities through mentoring, coaching, and managing complex fee reviews and complaints. Relevant qualifications include a tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with membership in a professional accounting body highly beneficial.
About You
* Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
* Membership in a professional accounting body (CPA, CA, CIMA)
* Proven ability to present complex information and resolve stakeholder queries
* Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
* Ability to mentor and coach team members, analyze complex issues, and interpret legislation
Manager, Financial Operations, Treasury, and Taxation
This role involves leading a team responsible for accounts receivable, payable, treasury, and taxation. You will provide strategic advice and financial support to senior management, manage ASIC's tax obligations, court cost recoveries, and relationships with the Reserve Bank of Australia.
You will ensure compliance and effective governance to mitigate financial risks, collaborate with stakeholders like the ATO and ANAO to align financial operations with strategic objectives, and contribute to financial governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
