* Maintain high-performing schedules that meet client requirements and support staff with full and efficiently planned workloads.
* Participate in team training sessions and meetings to ensure effective service delivery.
* Engage with external agencies to request service coverage when necessary.
The ideal applicant will possess advanced-level administrative skills and an unwavering commitment to superior customer service. They should have experience as a scheduler and be able to obtain a National Police Clearance.
