About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare service, you will provide person-centred support under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Midwife.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing Safe Support: You will contribute to quality care outcomes by providing safe, person-centred support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife.
* Maintaining Standards: Adhere to defined service quality standards, infection control practices, and workplace health and safety policies.
* Competence and Practice: Maintain competence and practice within scope of role, in line with professional standards, codes of conduct, and Queensland Public Service values.
* Inclusive Environment: Support a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for patients, consumers, and colleagues, contributing to continuous improvement and teamwork.
Role Details
This is a permanent, temporary, or casual opportunity with full-time, part-time, and flexible hours across our services. Based from Caloundra to Gympie, you will join a wide range of clinical and non-clinical areas.
