Personal Care Assistant

This role involves working collaboratively with other staff to provide timely and relevant information, as well as undertaking documentation to the highest standard.
* Provide person-centered care to residents according to their individual needs and preferences.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and seamless delivery of care.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to individual resident needs.
* Support residents with mobility and transfer assistance, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)
* NDS Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
* A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach
