As a key support professional, you will provide high-level administrative and executive assistance to the Director – Council Services. This includes diary management, email coordination, correspondence, and document control.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing professional executive and administrative support
* Coordinating reports and meeting materials
* Organising meetings and travel arrangements
* Maintaining confidential records and documentation
You will work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of council operations across remote communities.
This is an attractive remuneration package including 6 weeks' annual leave and 15 days personal leave.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and be able to maintain confidentiality when required.
