Role Summary
The Workforce Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration across the Education and Care sector, as well as with broader community and government stakeholders. This position will provide high-level support to engagement activities, ensuring that voices from all parts of the sector are heard and valued.
A key responsibility of the role is to contribute to the successful implementation of workforce strategies. This involves working closely with stakeholders to co-design and deliver innovative approaches that address workforce needs, promote professional growth, and create sustainable pathways for development.
The position will be part of a team supporting the EYSAC Workforce Connections Program.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high level project and administrative support.
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Support stakeholder engagement and maintain effective working relationships.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of workforce development programs.
