Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located at our Helensvale, QLD head office. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Other responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, assisting in sales negotiations, and actively contributing to business goals. The role requires maintaining product knowledge and staying updated on industry trends.

Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutionsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsCommitment to Customer Satisfaction with an ability to deliver excellent client experiencesAbility to work effectively in a team environment at an on-site locationBasic technical knowledge or interest in vehicles and equipmentPrevious experience in sales or the golf/automotive industry is an advantageValid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in Australia
