Construction Supervisor - Land Development
BOS Civil is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join our team in Perth. This is a great opportunity to step into a long‑term role with a company that values quality delivery and teamwork.
About the Role
* Supervise projects including subdivisions and urban developments across the Perth metro area
* Manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
* Report directly to the Project Manager

* Strong understanding of civil construction processes (earthworks, services, roads, drainage, etc.)
* Ability to read and interpret plans and manage daily site operations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
