* You will work with our team to deliver individualised care plans that cater to each young person's unique needs and goals.
* You will be responsible for providing daily routines, personal care, and activities that promote physical and emotional well-being.
Skills & Qualifications
* A Diploma of Community Services or relevant qualification is required. You may also consider studying towards this qualification if you don't currently hold it.
* A valid Australian Driver's License, First Aid Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are all mandatory qualifications for this role.
