Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer who will lead and contribute to the development of solutions, proposals, tenders, and contracts.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with sales teams and account managers to qualify and scope opportunities, provide leadership and guidance across stakeholders, architect solutions based on customer sessions, and create business and technical documentation.
You will also be responsible for writing tenders and RFPs, technology roadmaps for managed services customers, and delivering proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in computer science, information technology, or a related field
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within a managed service provider
* Strong technical knowledge of IT services and solutions
