Here, it’s about helping people access education, interpreters, therapy, family support and community services that can fundamentally change their lives. As Manager, Services Marketing, you’ll lead the campaign strategy that connects Deaf Connect’s services with the communities who need them most. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the organisation, translating service priorities into clear, effective campaigns that reach diverse audiences across Australia. It’s a role that combines campaign leadership, stakeholder management and team development, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a values-driven organisation. What you’ll do You’ll lead the planning and delivery of national campaigns that support Deaf Connect’s key service streams, including education, interpreting, support services and community programs. Working closely with service leaders, you’ll turn complex briefs into clear marketing plans, guiding campaigns from concept through to execution across digital, social, community outreach and traditional channels. You’ll also lead a small team of campaign specialists, creating structure, clarity and momentum so the team can deliver high-quality work across multiple projects at once. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing marketing campaigns that support service growth and community engagement Partnering with senior internal stakeholders to translate service goals into effective campaign activity Leading and mentoring a team of campaign coordinators and creative resources Managing end-to-end campaign planning, delivery and performance reporting Ensuring brand consistency and strong messaging across diverse audiences Identifying opportunities to improve campaign processes, systems and performance measurement What you’ll bring This role suits a developing marketing leader who enjoys managing complex projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders. You might currently be a Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager or Campaign Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role. You’ll bring: Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members The ability to simplify complex briefs and translate them into clear marketing plans Strong communication and organisational skills Experience working with diverse audiences or community groups Experience in the not-for-profit, community or disability sector would be highly regarded, though not essential.
