Our client is a professional services organisation that delivers system integration projects and managed services to their numerous clients. They are currently looking for a Services Support Officer with experience in Financial Reporting, Procurement and Executive level administration support. Initially offered as a 12 month contract the role has a strong likelihood of future extensions.

**The Role**:
As a Services Support Officer, you will provide support to the local team and broader service team. The Service Support Officer will handle a wide range of services support related tasks and be vital for the smooth-running of our offices around Australia. In this role, you will be expected to be an energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats, as you will confront the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
**Responsibilities**:
- Executive admin support
- Project reporting and updates
- Team meeting & event coordination
- Financial reporting, tracking and updates
- Procurement, e.g. processing purchase orders and processing of invoices
- Compilation of weekly project reporting
- Maintain monthly training records for staff members and any other records as required
- Oracle Project Management (OPM) project and resource set up and reporting
- Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain client databases; track accounts; oversee the invoice workflow, and assist in copying and distributing orders and other internal documents as requested
- Coordinate and organise domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements when required
- Coordination of special requirements for new personnel including the allocation of office accommodation, computer systems, office and mobile telephones and the scheduling of induction training courses
- Provide an efficient administrative support service which may include the preparation of presentation materials, proposals, quotations, tender documents, agreements and general correspondence

**Required Skills & Specialisms**:
Essential:
- Extensive experience in a supporting role to a project delivery environment for a service provider or the corporate sector
- 1 - 3+ years' experience
- Demonstrable in-depth expertise with:
- Executive admin support
- Providing assistance to Project Managers
- Document management and control
- Preparation of project status reports
- Taking and preparing meeting minutes
- MS Office product suite
- Google Suite
- Excellent keyboard skills, English grammar, syntax, composition, and spelling
- Excellent documentation skills, i.e. the ability to prepare written information accurately, clearly, effectively, and succinctly for various target audiences, including business, enterprise, and technical
- Maintaining up-to-date project information, e.g. financials, procurement, etc
Advantageous:
- Understanding and appreciation of Project Management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE2 2009 and/or PMBok 4th Ed
- Knowledge and/or recent hands-on experience with collaboration & scheduling tools, e.g. Oracle Project Management (OPM), Primavera and MS Project
