* Manage daily mail and courier operations with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Respond to customer phone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain office equipment, supplies, and stationery to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
* Update databases and presentation materials to keep information up-to-date.
* Coordinate courier bookings and lodgements with various companies.
* Perform light cleaning duties and assist with ad-hoc administration tasks as needed.
