Your new role
Ensuring systems are leveraged to their full potential, including responding to system enquiries, and maintaining system and data integrity, the Systems Analyst will be a key contributor to the system enhancement opportunities for our HRIS Application.
**Responsibilities**:
- System analysis and provision of insights on system performance and processes to our People and Safety module SME
- Investigating, implementing, and managing best practice IT solutions to support the People Systems function, including helpdesk/ service desk solution, change management platform, data integrity, auditing tools and CHRIS21 Integration for our HRIS - SAP SuccessFactors.
- Responsible for all end-to-end employee lifecycle system functions including modules such as on-boarding, recruitment, employee central and associated payroll interfaces, performance management, learning and development, Succession and Careers and reporting support to the People and Safety Function.
What you need to succeed
- SAP Success Factors systems administration and technical design and implementation experience
- High level analytical, problem solving and technical systems skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) with influence and engage with diverse stakeholders across the business.
- An innovative approach with proven ability to identify opportunities and analyse data to support design solutions and enhancement opportunities.
- Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands with operational workloads.
- High level of initiative and ability to proactively identify and respond to the needs of stakeholders.
- Strong Customer service skills focusing on building relationships, key stakeholder engagement, change management focus and end user support to deliver the best employee experience.
