As part of our Marketing & Digital team, you'll collaborate daily with skilled creatives, gain behind‑the‑scenes access to elite sport, and be empowered to innovate as we continue to lead the industry in brand and fan engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver design support across the Club, including print‑ready files, digital graphics, game‑day assets and campaign collateral
* Work closely with commercial areas (Membership, Corporate, Community, Marketing, Football) to create engaging creative content
* Assist the Social Media Content Team with dynamic and innovative graphics
* Produce creative concepts that elevate member and fan engagement
* Maintain brand consistency and adhere to NRL licensing and style guidelines
* Manage design assets and image libraries
* Proof, refine and deliver high‑quality work across multiple projects
* Collaborate within the Marketing & Digital Department
* Assist with Club events and game days as required
Skills & Attributes
* Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design with portfolio available
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign essential; Motion graphics in After Affects an added advantage
* Experience with both PC and Mac
* Strong understanding of file types, output sizes and digital/print design principles
* Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple projects
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
* Creative problem‑solving skills and desire to grow professionally
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Photography/videography skills a bonus
