The Role: Your Impact from Day One
Sales Strategy & PerformanceDevelop sales strategies to establish Welle as the premium choice in Australian sleep wellness
Set ambitious targets across 11 launch stores and drive revenue growth from launch
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to optimise our positioning
Create sales methodologies that connect product features to customer wellness outcomes
Recruit and lead your NSW Multisite Manager and store teams
Build a high-performance culture focussed on customer wellness transformation
Partner with our Retail Product Manager on product training delivery
Coach teams to become sleep wellness consultants, not just sales staff
Operational ExcellenceEnsure flawless execution across all Myer concession locations
Maintain premium brand standards whilst meeting Myer operational requirements
Optimise inventory, staffing, and customer experience from launch day
Drive consistency in our "sleep beautifully, live brilliantly" customer promise
Strategic Planning & Business DevelopmentWork directly with CEO on expansion opportunities beyond initial 11 stores
Represent Welle at industry events and build key stakeholder relationships
Drive continuous improvement as we establish market presence
Shape the future direction of Australia''s most innovative sleep brand
What We''re Looking For
Senior retail sales management with multi-location responsibility
Proven track record achieving ambitious sales targets in competitive markets
Experience with big-box retail, furniture, or products that improve quality of life
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data for strategic decisions
Leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams
