Home Care Support Worker
Make a real difference in the lives of older Australians by providing person-centred care and supporting their independence at home.
Your Role:
* Assist with personal care, including showering and dressing
* Help with meal preparation and light domestic tasks
* Provide transport to appointments and shopping
* Encourage social engagement and community participation
What You Bring:
* Certification in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Home Care (Cert III or higher)
* Passion for empowering older people
* Excellent communication and relationship skills
* Open QLD driver's licence
* NDIS worker screening and police check
