We are seeking one dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our Trott Park Residential Aged Care team; someone who thrives in a collaborative, resident-focused environment.

What you'll do

As the Clinical Coordinator, you will be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

* Deliver high quality nursing care, including specialised nursing care Lead and mentor the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care
* Support clinical governance through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and regular reviews
* Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation through robust quality and risk management
* Educate and upskill staff to build a high-performing, confident clinical team
* Work closely with GPs, allied health providers and families to deliver holistic care
* Prepare accurate documentation and support ongoing service improvement initiatives

What you'll bring

To Thrive In This Role, You Will Have

* Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* At least 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse
* Deep understanding of the Aged Care Standards, Quality Framework, and related legislation

We Would Also Love You To Have

* Experience in a senior clinical leadership role, ideally in residential aged care
* Strong mentoring, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive, compassionate, and team-focused approach
