Key Responsibilities:
* Grow Adroits' sales across QLD in new and existing accounts (majority new).
* Travel as required across QLD (Brisbane focused) and occasionally interstate.
* Build strong relationships with civil and mining customers.
* Work closely with engineers to deliver fit-for-purpose piping solutions.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
* Maintain detailed records and opportunities in CRM.
* Collaborate with the wider team in regular sales meetings
About You:
* Proven B2B field sales experience in industrial environments (civil/mining preferred).
* Strong relationship builder with a value-based sales approach.
* Confident in contract negotiation and account management.
* Motivated, target-driven, and focused on results.
* Ability and willingness to learn about new applications and products.
