An Claims Executive will act as a technical expert for our client and their clients, providing exceptional claims service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage claims from notification to closure across all classes, ensuring timely resolution.
* Serve as a referral point for internal team members and external clients seeking technical information or clarification on claims-related matters.
* Lead meetings with clients to review complex claims cases, creating detailed reports based on findings.
* Collaborate closely with the Claims Manager in delivering an exceptionally high standard of customer satisfaction through seamless communication and coordination of services provided.
