Responsibilities: Operational Technology (OT) and Telecommunications
* Lead and manage the Operational Technology and Telecommunications team.
* Strategy and growth planning.
* Client and Project ownership and signoff.
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of OT systems and telecommunication infrastructures.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of OT and ICT systems.
* Ensure robust security measures are in place for OT and telecommunication systems.
* Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for OT projects.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of OT systems and propose improvements.
* Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to OT and telecommunications.
* Business development and industry networking
Requirements: Experience and Skills
* Proven experience in managing Operational Technology and Telecommunications systems.
* Strong understanding of OT system architectures and telecommunication networks.
* Strategic planning, growing and scaling teams.
* Client liaison and development.
* Project management and delivery.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
