Are you an experienced cocktail bartender looking to take your career to the next level? Capiche Restaurant is seeking a skilled and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Far East Company Pty Ltd in the beautiful coastal suburb of East Ballina, NSW. Just a small trip down the road from the iconic Byron Bay. This could be a full-time or casual role, and will see you creating innovative and delicious cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the dynamic atmosphere of our popular venue.
What you'll be doing (Whilst sneaking a peak at the surf break below)
* Crafting a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails using premium spirits, liqueurs, and fresh garnishes
* Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to customers
* Maintaining a clean, organised, & well-stocked bar area
* Staying up-to-date with the latest cocktail trends and bartending techniques
* Collaborating with the management team to develop new menu items and enhance the bar's offerings
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a cocktail bartender in a fast-paced hospitality setting
* Exceptional cocktail-making skills and a keen understanding of flavour profiles
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create a welcoming bar environment
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience
* RSA certification and a valid Australian's driver's licence
