The purpose of this role is to support scientific and technical staff by performing specimen reception, processing and general laboratory duties, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of pathology services.
What you'll do
In this role you will receive and register specimens, perform data entry and specimen processing across laboratory departments, support Central Specimen Reception workflows, maintain laboratory cleanliness and stock levels, follow patient identification and labelling protocols, contribute to quality and accreditation requirements, and support service delivery across a continuous shift roster.

We are searching for someone who:
Has experience or ability to perform laboratory support duties
Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
Can follow procedures and work with minimal supervision
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Can prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Has experience in pathology or specimen processing (desirable)
