What you'll be doing
Support the Child & Family Health Service and The Broken Hill Community Health Centre through providing Health Promotion support and implementation.
* Participate in the development and implementation of Health Promotion initiatives.
* Support staff within The Child & Family Health Service to undertake Health Promotion.
* Work closely with stakeholders for better health outcomes within the Broken Hill community
* Maintain a high level of commitment to and participation in own Continuing Professional Development.
* Liaise with other health professions to ensure a multidisciplinary approach.

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible.
* Tertiary qualifications in Health Promotion, or relevant health or social science discipline with experience in Health Promotion.
* Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion programs and initiatives.
* Demonstrated understanding of Health Promotion.
* Experience working with government, non-government and community organisations.
* Demonstrated high standard of organisational skills.
* Demonstrated high standard of Interpersonal skills and working within Multidisciplinary teams.
* Drivers License.
