Senior Occupational Therapist
The Royal Rehab Group is recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement performance wellbeing and growth strategies.
* Develop and manage business and operational plans for clinic and community services.
* Implement new services and programs to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
* Attract, develop, and retain high-quality workforce programs.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Speech Pathology.
* Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and developing business and operational plans.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based therapy and practice frameworks, and be able to make sound judgments and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
