We are seeking anaccomplished and visionary Nurse Director toprovide strategic leadership and ensure the effective operationalmanagement of our nursing services at Fremantle Hospital. This isan exciting opportunity to shape clinical standards, driveinnovation, and ensure the highest quality of patientcare.
The Nurse Director(Fremantle Hospital)leads strategic programmesconsistent with the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital (FSFHG)Nursing and Midwifery Executive Council (NMEC) objectives andprovides advanced coordination, integration andstrategicdirection to optimise nursing professionalpractice andservicedelivery. The role will support coordinated servicedelivery across all Service Directorates at the Fremantle Hospitalsite. Under the direction of the FSFHG Director of Nursing &Midwifery and in collaboration with the Service Nurse DirectorTeam, the role contributes to the development and implementation ofthe Hospital and Health Service goals, objectives, nursingpolicies, practice and standards, and communicates these in apositive and effective way. The Nurse Director (Fremantle Hospital)is accountable for designing and drivingprogrammes to supportand deliver evidence based professional practice, grow leadershipcapacity and meet safety and quality outcomes for the FremantleHospital Nursing Workforce aligned across sites.
