We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise site employees, including planning, monitoring, problem-solving, and monitoring safety and standard compliance.
* Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within set parameters.
* Oversee workmanship and quality, ensuring it meets required standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement controls.
* Develop and implement procedures to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
* Manage incident investigations, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements:
* Mechanical trade certificate (construction-related) and relevant licenses.
* White Card certification.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in construction and mining at a supervisory level.
* Relevant supervisors' certificates for QLD G189 desirable.
* Current First Aid certification.
* Clean National Police Clearance.
* Able to pass a medical examination, including chest X-ray, and DAS assessment.
