Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the strategy and roadmap for our eCommerce digital checkout experience.
As a key member of our team, you will ensure outstanding end-to-end customer experiences across digital customer touchpoints. This includes defining and carrying out the digital eCommerce checkout strategy and roadmap, delivering insights for weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance reviews, leading customer-focused experiences and new capabilities throughout digital commerce touchpoints, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing customer insights, market trends, and experimentation results to prioritise roadmap decisions & develop business cases, managing capacity planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for the Digital Community, building positive relationships with strategic vendors and internal partners, and developing digital & ecommerce strategies with strong leadership skills and commercial competence.
