 
        
        **Client Liaison/Administration Officer**
A Client Liaison/Administration Officer is required by our client based in Silverwater on an initial 12-month contract. 
- Full time on site in Silverwater (8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday) -onsite secure parking 
- $30 per hour + super
**Key accountabilities**:
- Greet customers and couriers onsite 
- Action Salesforce Cases 
- Book in work jobs and chase customers for acceptance of jobs and quotations 
- Liaise with key stakeholders/SLA vendors re: progress of parts, warranty repairs, etc 
- Maintain and update various spreadsheets and databases 
- Book and receive couriers and complete all associated paperwork when required 
- Process end-to-end work orders including receiving and dispatch 
- Keeping stores area in a sequential, orderly manner (i.e boxes/cases that instruments 
- are delivered in, awaiting on service completion to return to customer in same 
- box/instrument) 
- Clearing deliveries from delivery dock 
- Maintaining/filing of job related paperwork 
- Supporting Senior Technical Customer Liaison Officer with overflow and delegated tasks
**Selection criteria**:
- A willingness and physical ability to carry out manual handling taks 
- SAP and Salesforce experience highly desirable 
- Fast and accurate touch typist 
- High level of computer literacy to pick up new in-house systems quickly 
- Polished, professional and courteous phone manner 
- Reliable and punctual 
- Outstanding, positive attitude and willingness to learn and make the role your own
