Job Title: Administrative Support Professional




Job Description:


The role of the Administrative Support Professional will involve assisting with general office management, business administration, payroll processing, end-of-month accounting, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping tasks. This includes liaising with external accountants, supporting staff within accounts and administration, invoicing, and data entry using Xero software.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero software

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
