With the continued growth of our Burleigh Heads office, we’re expanding our in-house creative team and looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who wants to do career-defining work in a team that’s going somewhere.
This is not a “keep the wheels turning” design role. It’s an opportunity to shape brands, influence creative standards, and grow alongside an agency that’s scaling properly.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in elevating the visual standard of everything that leaves our studio.
Brand & Identity Leadership
Lead brand identity projects from concept through to rollout. Develop logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines that position our clients as leaders in their space.
Website & UI Design
Design high-converting website layouts and digital assets in Figma or similar tools, working closely with our in-house developers to bring ideas to life.
Campaign & Digital Creative
Create performance-focused assets across paid media, social campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing that balance creativity with results.
Print & Marketing Collateral
Design polished, professional print materials including brochures, capability statements, signage, and sales collateral.
Creative Direction & Collaboration
Collaborate with strategists, marketers, developers, and leadership to help shape the creative direction of projects. Contribute ideas, refine concepts, and raise the bar across the board.

Who We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within an agency or high-performing in-house team
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
* Strong understanding of branding, digital design, and marketing principles
* Experience designing for both performance and aesthetics
* Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
* Confident communicator who can present and explain design decisions
* Detail-focused, proactive, and commercially aware
Experience in the trades, construction, or services sector is a bonus, but not essential.
