We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented Financial Manager for our Retail Division to join our Head Office in O'Connor.
This senior, hands-on role is ideal for an experienced finance professional with strong financial systems expertise and proven leadership capabilities.
As a key member of our finance team, you will take ownership of core financial processes, drive system and process improvements, and provide high-quality insights to support strategic decision-making while leading a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of month-end close, reporting and general ledger management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and process accounting entries (accruals, allocations, intercompany transactions, etc).
Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register.
Prepare and analyse the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss.
Liaise with auditors for annual group audits.
Handle daily and strategic cash management to optimise working capital.
Lead process improvements and ERP optimisation, whilst ensuring data integrity and security.
Build advanced financial models and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and other tools to deliver strategic insights.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven senior financial experience.
Expert-level ERP and financial systems knowledge.
Advanced Excel skills; Power Query desirable.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will need to be a CA/CPA qualified accountant with strong financial, technical and leadership skills.
You thrive in a hands-on environment and have experience leading and developing a small team.
You are proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing both high-level financial strategy and detailed day-to-day operations.
