Optimisation Expertise
A prime opportunity to take on a pivotal role in driving network optimisation.
The position involves leveraging capacity planning data to generate an optimal work order schedule for execution by the field workforce.
This includes ensuring all work orders are scheduled and aligned with business priorities to meet service level agreements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Validating, receiving, validating, and enriching work orders, on-site contacts, pre-visit requirements, special equipment etc.
* Creating project plans for specific work types including Make Ahead Construction (MAC), future workspace.
* Preparing and completing make-ready functions.
* Coodinating outages / Critical Resource Queue (CRQ) activities.
* Managing assets for routine maintenance.
About You:
You have a proactive mindset and can actively seek out opportunities to drive process improvement initiatives.
You will showcase strong multi-tasking capabilities, the ability to effectively manage real-time jeopardy situations and provide feedback to key stakeholders.
You are comfortable working with ambiguity and can quickly adapt based on changing conditions and a dynamic rollout schedule.
