About the role Permanent full time opportunity to provide leadership, management and coordination of the capital construction, sustaining capital maintenance and refurbishment projects across Metro North Health (MNH) under requirements outlined in the Queensland Government Capital Works Management Framework and oversee capital works project delivery for budgeted capital infrastructure projects totalling over $100M. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Provide high level leadership and management of MNH capital projects in accordance with approved project management methodologies in order to achieve project deliverables and service outcomes. * Develop and implement standardised methodologies for the development and delivery of capital projects across MNH in the context of the legislative requirements applicable to a statutory authority. * Represent Metro North's interests with regard to major capital projects delivered by the Department of Health on Metro North Health sites * Provide expertise and consistent advice and support to the MNH executive and senior leadership teams including facility executive in relation to the current and proposed capital works program. * Support the Executive Director SAI in the delivery of annual capital infrastructure delivery programs.
