We are currently searching for an inspiring Art Director to join the team at our beautiful head office based in Alexandria. This role is a temporary parental leave cover for 12 months, full time.

- **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute design concepts, layouts, and imagery that communicate the brand's visual identity that too incorporates when appropriate feedback from the broader teams - design, merchandising, directors.
- Lead the visual direction for all brand communications, campaigns, and product launches to communicate, support and enhance the brand's identity.
- Oversee the design and creation of assets, including photography, videography and digital designs, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Create GTM packs for seasonal and product campaigns showing how visual need to be applied across all channels to create consistent and channel appropriate story telling.
- Stay up to date with visual trends.
- Share upcoming trends with the wider team and business.
- Incorporate innovative and brand relevant trends and ideas when they align with the brand's objectives and support brand's outputs across a selection of platforms.
- Manage all aspects of photoshoots, from concept to post-production, ensuring high-quality visuals that represent the brand and can be applied to various owned, paid and shared platforms.
- Ensure all design elements align with the brand's identity, vision, and messaging while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Evolve the brand guidelines as necessary and upon request.
