Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant – Contract
Melbourne | Hybrid Contract until 31 July 2026 (extensions likely)
We're looking for an experienced OCM Consultant to support delivery across multiple initiatives. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who can quickly integrate into a team, execute change activities, and manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver change activities aligned to established plans and frameworks
* Support communications, stakeholder engagement, and enablement activities
* Develop core OCM artefacts (change impacts, stakeholder comms, training materials, adoption insights)
* Manage tasks across multiple concurrent initiatives
* Contribute to internal OCM capability uplift and reusable assets
* Support proposal and sales activities as required
About You
* 3–6 years' experience in OCM / Change / Digital Adoption
* Experience supporting technology-driven change initiatives (e.g. digital workplace / M365)
* Strong skills in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training support
* Able to produce high-quality, client‐ready deliverables
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable working under delivery pressure
