The Opportunity
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Reliability Engineer to join our growing Energy and Utilities business unit based in Perth.
The Reliability Engineers main goal is to identify and implement proactive maintenance to boost asset productivity and reliability sustainably while reducing costs. This involves reviewing site criticality assessments managing the Equipment Reliability Strategy (ERS) program evaluating maintenance outcomes addressing asset integrity issues and investigating failures to eliminate root causes. All improvements must comply with safety standards and align with Reliability Excellence practices.
What we are looking for
* Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline (preferably mechanical or electrical)
* Good knowledge of Maintenance process
* Knowledge of Maintenance Management System
* Minimum 2-3 years maintenance experience
* High degree of technical understanding within specialist field
* Have working and practical knowledge of multiple on-condition asset monitoring technologies
* Ability to organize coordinate and accomplish multiple tasks
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally
