Pair this with our house made frozen yoghurt and acai, you have a match made in heaven! Reopening early February with a fresh new look and new Fro yo addition, to The Fish & Burger Co, come and join our team.
We are looking for a full time Restaurant Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality to join our team. With plans to expand our ever growing brand, this is a rare opportunity to land a Management role within our company.

**You will need to demonstrate**:
- A genuine passion and energy to lead and develop a team
- A stable work history
- A desire to be developed
- Experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role
- An ability to consistently drive your team to deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness
- A proven ability to work under pressure and achieve performance targets.
**As Restaurant Supervisor your main areas of focus will be**:
- Quality and Service
- ensuring FOH service is maintained to a high standard
- Ensuring growth of total gross profit
- Customer average spend
- Management of HR systems.
