Job Role
As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating CCTV systems, communicating with emergency services and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate security incident reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and operate CCTV systems.
* Communicate and liaise with emergency services and internal/external stakeholders.
* Maintain and write accurate security incident reports and data logs.
* Assess and respond to situations of risk according to standard procedures.
* Operate a two-way radio communication network for security personnel.
* Manage the deployment of security personnel.
* Access control for personnel, employees and visitors.
You will also participate in ongoing training programs and exercises.
Requirements:
* Hold a current Security Licence with a Control Room endorsement.
* Demonstrate strong administrative skills and computer proficiency.
* Excellent email etiquette is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.
* Experience with Fire-Panels and software such as Gallagher, Avigilon, Genetec and Passagepoint.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
* Valid Driver's licence with transport.
Collaboration and independent work are both required.
