About the role
You will be responsible for providing superior food experiences for our customers that exceed and delight their expectations. You will invest your knowledge and passion into your team to ensure they succeed in what is expected of them. The position allows the freedom for creative input whilst implementing systems and processes and empowering the team.
Key Priorities
* Supervising and leading the efficient and effective running of the restaurant
* Ensuring two-way clear communication with floor staff, chefs and the management team
* Developing, maintaining and exceeding customer service to the highest standards, in accordance with North's Collective policies, procedures and values
* Ensuring all employees are orientated and trained in accordance with processes and standards
* Actively encouraging client and customer feedback
* Requisite administration and reporting
* Uphold and satisfy compliance with required legislation, the Club's policies and procedures and code of conduct
Candidate
* Possess passion for delivering excellent customer experience
* Demonstrated leadership skills that motivate and energise teams
* Ability to work flexible hours as the role includes days, evenings and weekend work
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
* Computer literacy essential
* An eye for detail across the board
