This FIFO/DIDO role offers a 4/3 roster for individuals who wish to work in this locale. You will be based at our Coburn operation where you will oversee all maintenance operations ensuring that equipment and infrastructure are functioning safely, efficiently, and reliably with minimal downtime.
You have oversight responsibilities regarding preventative and corrective maintenance programs as well as supervising skilled tradespeople while adhering to regulatory requirements. This position entails leadership which encompasses fostering accountability amongst your team members promoting technical excellence within the workplace.
