CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking Skilled Civil Labourers to join established pipe crews across the Ipswich, Logan and Brisbane regions.
Our long-term clients have major, ongoing civil projects and are looking to build reliable teams with opportunities to develop skills and build long-term careers.
Qualifications (Required or Willing to Obtain – Support Provided)
* Confined Space
* High Risk Dogman
Your Role
* Working in confined spaces
* Assisting pit builders with the construction of stormwater pits (non-comms / non-electrical)
* Trenching, backfilling and compacting
* Pipe laying, concreting and other civil infrastructure works
* Site preparation and general clean-up
* Setting up temporary fencing and signage
* Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
What's On Offer
* Pay: $38 – $45 per hour + overtime rates
* 10–12 hour days with plenty of overtime available
* Ongoing work with projects running up to 2 years
* Weekly pay

Our Ideal Candidate
* Current Driver's Licence
* White/Blue Construction Card
* Civil labouring tickets highly regarded, including:
* Confined Space
* Working at Heights
* High Risk Dogman
* Proven experience in civil construction or civil labouring
* Familiarity with construction tools and machinery
* Strong understanding of safety requirements
* Ability to read plans and drawings (advantageous)
* Physically fit with a positive, team-oriented attitude
