As an Administration Officer - Theatre Bookings, you'll help keep our theatre services running smoothly so patients receive timely, well-coordinated care. From supporting clinical teams to ensuring accurate information flows where it's needed most, your work will directly contribute to better outcomes across our health service.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Coordinating theatre bookings with accuracy and care to support safe, timely patient journeys
Building strong relationships with staff and patients to ensure clear communication and a positive experience
Managing waiting list information and updates to help the team plan effectively
Using clinical information systems to keep data accurate, accessible and ready for decision-making
