The organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Recruitment Advisor to provide strategic support to clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR and recruitment services, with a focus on business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement client HR strategies
* Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
* Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Develop and implement employee manuals, policies, and procedures
* Deliver training sessions and workshops
* Conduct performance counselling, performance management, and workplace investigations
* Interpret award and legislation requirements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree or certificate in Human Resources, Psychology, Counselling, Business, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in HR and Recruitment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A solution-focused mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
