Role
The Market Data Platforms team within the Reserve Bank's Business Support Services (BSS) function designs, delivers and supports market data platforms, dealing room technology and publishing systems that underpin critical financial market activities.
Responsibilities
* Provide advanced support and administration of market data platforms, dealing room systems and publishing services.
* Lead and coordinate changes to critical technology platforms, ensuring minimal business impact.
* Deliver technical projects and roadmap initiatives across market data and dealing room infrastructure.
* Engage with stakeholders and vendors to manage service delivery and drive continuous improvement.
* Analyse business requirements and design effective, scalable technology solutions.
* Maintain documentation, procedures and user guidance to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
* Strong experience supporting market data platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv or similar.
* Solid understanding of financial markets, asset classes and data providers.
* Proven ability to deliver technical projects and manage complex system changes.
* Broad technical knowledge across infrastructure domains including networking, systems and communications.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
* Demonstrated ownership in resolving incidents, improving systems and driving operational efficiency.
