No two days are the same.**Mō te Tūranga| About the Role**As a Small Business Partner, you'll work with some of our more complex business and small business customers, responsible for managing and growing a that portfolio of those customers, helping them achieve their financial goals, while also being out in market building relationships with future BNZ customers.Proven lending experience is essential to this role, as well as an understanding of business financials, and you'll ideally understand the challenges that come with running a small business.* Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing small business customers, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and credit risk profile.* Be a trusted partner for clients by demonstrating an understanding of their business.* Understand BNZ's specialist offering and refer customers as appropriate.* Create and maintain a proactive and structured call cycle and frequent contact with all customers.* Maintain strong networking relationships with market advocates and stay up to date with industry activities.The great thing about these roles is the customers.
