Job Overview
As a Protection Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales and support activities across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific region. With over 21 years of experience in marketing and supplying protection relays, there is an established client base to expand from.
* Support clients in matching solutions to their design requirements for conventional protection and arc-protections schemes.
* Provide training in the configuration and use of relays.
* Offer support for commissioning and testing activities.
* Travel to meet and support clients across national and international locations.
* Attend conferences and exhibitions promoting our products.
* Participate in factory training in Finland and partner sales meetings.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
* An analytical and pragmatic approach in problem solving and fault investigations.
* Knowledge of IEC and Australian Standards in LV and HV generation, distribution, and transmission infrastructure.
* A strong technical background in power systems.
* The ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic approach.
* Ability to travel.
