The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of our high-performing sites and leading the expansion of new site openings within Melbourne.

2. Leadership - develop, support, train, and coach external and internal talent to enhance their skills and performance.
3. Organizational Development - interviewing senior roles, creating training documentation, and implementing performance management strategies.
4. Operational Excellence - maintaining highest standards relating to product quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
5. Team Collaboration - supporting assistant venue managers, venue managers, area managers, and head office team members to ensure seamless site operations.
6. Customer Experience - protecting customers, reducing wait times, increasing customer satisfaction, and enhancing ambiance to drive loyalty and retention.
7. Sales Growth - marketing initiatives, increasing spend per transaction, and turnover per site to boost revenue.
8. Performance Metrics - monthly P&L reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and yearly budgets to inform strategic decisions.
9. Supply Chain Management - controlling costs of goods, waste, stock, and yields to optimize efficiency.
10. Rostering Optimization - utilizing labor controls, setting budgets, and streamlining Tanda system processes to maximize productivity.
11. Safety and Compliance - ensuring food safety, council inspections, risk management, and hazard control to maintain a safe work environment.
12. Additional Responsibilities - facilitating weekly operations meetings, working in sites as needed, and executing new site openings seamlessly to drive success.
