Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a software development consultant. This role involves developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet client requirements.
As a software development consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather system and program needs, creating basic operational procedures and end-user documentation, and participating in Agile development processes and version control practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience).
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
* Basic proficiency in web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, or Java.
* Familiarity with SQL and database modelling concepts.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Willingness to learn Agile methodology and version control tools.
Application Process
The application process consists of two phases: online test/video questions and interviews.
Online test: The test is composed of questions that follow the GMAT format, which requires critical reasoning and logical analysis, as well as business case questions.
Video Questions: Candidates may be asked to upload a video answering pre-determined questions as a part of the online test. Videos are reviewed alongside resume and university transcript as a part of our screening process.
Interviews: Successful applicants will each be interviewed for 50 minutes by partners and consultants. Approved candidates typically start soon after the recruitment process is finished.
